JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 Healy Rosé
The prettiest color we have had yet - pink with a salmon tinge! Fresh white flower blossoms and combinations of tropical and citrus with mango, lemon zest, grapefruit, and more. Low alcohol, beautiful acid, fantastic freshness and roundness. Begging for a day on a boat, a summer bonfire, or an awesome sushi pairing, this wine is versatile. I think this is my favorite rosé yet from intentionally sought out vineyard sites in the Walla Walla Valley.
JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 Viognier
This is a beautiful estate grown Viognier from completely different vineyard sites. Lefore, Flying B, and Schafer all come together in a fresh yet deep style of Viognier. Lees and barrel notes, crème brûlée, fresh flowers on a spring morning, melon, and more. The wine has great balance of body and acid-both in abundance but play off of each other. Barrel fermented for richness and a small amount aged in stainless steel barrels for freshness. Drink now and enjoy!
JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 Elizabeth Chardonnay
Ultra-bright and fresh! Jolly green rancher, lemon drops, fresh cut grass on a spring day, and the slightest hint of tropical aromas. Perfectly refreshing acidity, creaminess from the lees, and more green apple and tropical vacation feelings. A beautiful new Elizabeth Chardonnay striking a perfect balance between any times occasions and the serious wine dinner. Enjoy!
