JOSH'S NOTES - 2024 Elizabeth Chardonnay
I am stoked to be able to offer Elizabeth from our own estate vineyard, Coulee, in the Willamette Valley for the first time. As winter temperatures hurt us in Walla Walla in 2024, by good fortune, we were able to quickly pivot to some of the best Chardonnay in the world with this wine. Lemon zest, fresh cut pears and apples, honey dew, and ever-so-subtle hints of hay. This site is so complex in its ability to grow great Chardonnay. Texturally fresh, energized, and balanced by a great mid palate. A versatile wine, perfect for food - lunch, dinner, or maybe even breakfast if you must! However, the wine easily
stands alone. Enjoy!

JOSH'S NOTES - 2024 Healy Rosé

This wine has me begging for summer! For the first time, this is 100% from our Flying B Estate Vineyard and from one block we intentionally grow to make great Rosé. Grown on a fan trellis system, I pick these grapes very early for energy and the right flavors for Rosé. This results in this wine only being around 12% alcohol - meaning less guilt for how much of it I know I will consume in these upcoming warmer months! Aromas of freshly sliced melon, strawberry, and lime zest. The wine itself is refreshing, bringing weight without being heavy. Enjoy now with or without food. Cheers!

JOSH'S NOTES - 2023 Stolen Horse Syrah
This is a Syrah with pedigree from four of the best areas around the Walla Walla Valley. LeFore in the rocks district, Schafer in the foothills of the Blue Mountains, Loess in the deep central loess soils, and Flying B in the flood deposits overlaying basalt river rock. There is a ton going on aromatically with fresh cut flowers, lavender, smoked meats, and hints of anise. The wine itself is lush, rich, velvet glove treatment in your mouth with a long finish framed by soft tannin. The vintage was warm and the wine shows it but doesn’t sacrifice for balance and energy. Cheers!

JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 The Mac
The Mac, named after Drew’s legendary Dad. The wine leads aromatically with black pepper, high toned floral notes, anise, and hints of smoked meat. Cabernet and Syrah are such a perfect complement. Soft but building tannin, and a long finish that leads to more smoked meat and a huckleberry reduction. Tannins are soft but chewy. Great wine for a great cowboy. Drink now through 2035!
