JOSH'S NOTES
Viognier is always nostalgic for me as one of the first wines I ever made. Hailing from two completely different sites - LeFore planted in pure cobblestones, and Flying B planted in silt loam. LeFore brings the ripeness and mouthfeel while Flying B adds freshness and energy. Aromatically very pretty and screaming of fresh pears and perfectly ripe peaches. There may be hints of citrus in the background. The wine covers your entire mouth with pure drinking pleasure. Enjoy this summer and into the fall!
