This is my hands down favorite Healy Rosé yet! Loads of citrus - grapefruit, lime zest, orange peel - and the sweetest hints of tropical aromas, reminiscent of beach-loving vacations. I love how balanced and layered this wine is too - loads of acidity, beautiful texture, and impeccable balance. A fun but also serious wine. I can’t wait to release this and also celebrate the end of 2020 with something actually fantastic that came from it.
